The property is very safe and quiet, however, the surrounding area is not. If you have asthma or allergies, please bring an air purifier with you and notify the host before hand. The cleaning services are wonderful and Karla is extremely responsive, however, the property is old and the AC units (window units) quite dusty and in need of filter changes. Other than those issues, my stay was wonderful.

This place is exactly as advertised. A cozy studio, plenty of living space, kitchen space, bedroom and bathroom. For just me it was perfect! The internet was good, the water was hot and the enclosed parking was terrific! Bed was comfortable and there was an iron and ironing board which I used. Thanks so much for everything Karla, I will definitely be back if I am in the area. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Karla was a wonderful host! When I first arrived I was a bit sceptical about the area but the building and the gated parking was very safe!!! I had no problems staying within the area and if I'm ever in the area and needing a place to stay I would definitely come back!!

Karla was a very gracious host who provided me with everything I needed and was available whenever I needed her. The place itself was very clean and well put together. The surrounding area isn't the best in the way of entertainment but safety was never a concern and it is only a hop, skip and a jump from San Francisco.

I stayed here for 3 months in the summer. Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. This place is not in the greatest area, and I would not recommend walking around late at night, but the building and parking lot is in a gated area, so I never felt unsafe, or had any issues at all. Karla is great and was very accommodating.

I stayed for more than a week in the studio. The apartment is clean, private. Access to the studio and parking is secured. Cooking ready and also have utensils provided. Best of all place was real silent and the host, Karla is just a call or message away. She would try the best to address any questions. Would definitely come back again.

Karla’s place is a very clean and secure studio. The area isn’t the greatest but the security cameras and gated area made the complex feel much safer. The studio was exactly what I needed as a travel nurse: a full size bed, kitchen, bathroom, community washer/dryer, and AC(not included in rent). My only issue was that I would have liked to have seen the power bill and paid for my exact usage, instead of an ballpark estimate. Other than that Karla’s place was a great place to stay for my travel assignment.

Karla was amazing! Simply the best. She was very helpful and friendly. She helped us with every little thing we needed help with. She's very profesional and such amazing service. We would definitely stay at Karla's again. We Highly recommend anyone to Karla.

Karla was a great host. She communicated frequently and was very helpful whenever I contacted her. The properties I stayed at were exactly as described, very comfortable, and secure. I really liked that the parking area is gated. I would definitely stay at one of Karla's properties in the future.

Karla and studio were great. Very private, A/C, WiFi, and gated parking. It was our first airbnb experience, and Karla was very helpful, while never imposing on us as guest. Overall, a great experience, and we'll look to stay here again in the future.

Karla's place is a perfect little studio with everything you need. With a gated parking spot, clear check-in instructions, fast wi-fi, a comfortable bed, and a clean room, there wasn't more I could ask for. Karla is super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need for your stay. She is excellent at communicating with you and responds to messages quickly. I never felt unsafe during my stay and I would highly recommend Karla's studio apartment for anyone staying in Vallejo.

Karla was very welcoming of us during our stay! We chose to do a self check-in, and she made sure we had made it in that night and provided us with all information as we needed it. She always responded promptly to any questions we had too. There was even hot chocolate and miso soup ready to make on the table when we arrived. The room was exactly as pictured, and the neighborhood was quiet. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely consider staying next time we are in the Vallejo/Napa area!

Karla is awesome! Gated parking! The room and amenities were more than expected. The bed (sleep number) was awesome. I recommend both Karla and the rooms she provides to anyone looking in the area.

This room was great and a great price too! Very comfy and quiet! Karla does a great job with making the rooms feel like home and she is very responsive to any issues you might have!

I stayed for almost three weeks in this studio apartment, it has got everything you need for cooking although I didn't know that a first, went ahead and added some utensils and glasses. Nice secured parking area with a remote controlled gate. The lot is big enough to park a RV. Just so conveniently located near all groceries stores, 24 hours fitness, and eating places. Room is clean, bright and quiet. The host, Karla, is a wonderful person, trying her best to make everything seems so accessible, she knows the area well and got lots of tips to share. Would definitely come back again.

This place suited my needs perfectly. Not fancy, or exemplary but perfectly, clean, decent, comfortable, private and safe. The private lot with gate made me feel comfortable leaving things in the car and not worrying about parking tickets which is huge for me. Karla was great, warm, welcoming andnon-invasive. Most importantly, the room is priced exactly right. Not a #1 choice for a lavish, fun vacation but a perfect place to crash if you need a decent private room for a very reasonable price
